How to upgrade

From the dashboard:

  1. Go to Settings → Plan.
  2. Select the plan you want.
  3. Complete payment.

From the pricing page:

Visit govconnect.ke/pricing, pick a plan, and you will be prompted to sign in (or sign up) before checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed through Paystack. You can pay by:

  • M-Pesa - you receive an STK push to confirm payment on your phone.
  • Card - Visa or Mastercard.

Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date you first subscribed. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from Settings → Plan - changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

If your payment fails at renewal, your account stays on the paid plan for a 3-day grace period. After that it reverts to Free plan limits until payment is resolved.
